  1. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you if this is the case.

  • Prices for custom orders are agreed in writing before production begins and remain fixed once confirmed.

  • Any and all discount codes are offered at our discretion and may be amended, withdrawn, or refused at any time.

2. Shipping

  • Dispatch Times

  • Stock Items – Dispatched within 5-10 working days of order confirmation and payment.

  • Custom Orders – Dispatch time will be agreed when the order is placed, based on complexity and our current schedule. An estimated completion date will be provided in writing.

  • We may cancel your order at any time before goods are dispatched, in which case you will be refunded fully.

  • Delivery Methods & Costs

  • All orders are sent in discreet packaging via tracked delivery services.

  • Delivery costs are added at checkout and is a flat rate for shipping within the UK.

  • For international shipping contact us for a quote and to discuss requirements.

  • Delays

  • We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

  • If we anticipate a dispatch delay on our end, we will contact you to discuss revised timings.

  • Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Inspect goods upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours with clear photographs so we can investigate with the courier and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as and when appropriate.

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds & Returns

  • All items are handmade and marks, knots, blemishes are not considered defects insofar as they do not affect the use of the object.

  • Similarly, the use of these items will likely result in marks and wear to finishes, this is patina and character, not a defect.

  • Stock Items

  • Protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason.

  • To exercise this right, notify us in writing within the 14-day period. We will provide return instructions.

  • Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

  • Return postage for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Custom Orders

  • Made to your specifications and therefore non-refundable unless faulty or not in accordance with the agreed design and materials.

  • If faulty, contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and photographs. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Cancellation after design and price agreement may not be possible if production has begun.
